3.1 lead in

Petit KOM 4 % 2.7km

About 5.5 minutes to top

7.9km is aqueduct climb

3% 0.42km

9.3 top  only 34 seconds

Final climb starts at 23.3 (29.09 time)

Finish at 26.1km  (34:25 time)

Here’s the video of BL13s TTT that I reference.  It’s fast forwarded at minutes 3:37 from to 8:37 in the video

The fastest times up the Petite KOM is around 4:20.  The draft effect is weak uphill.  I just watched BL13’s ttt start on the same climb.  It took them 5 minutes and 23 seconds with an average speed of 33.4km to reach the top of the first climb.    Only 2 riders pulled up the climb often averaging between 5.8 to 6.4.

I think we should likely follow suit.  Maybe punching up and over the top with 300 meters to go.

It would be great it the strongest watts per kilogram riders would pull the team up the first climb, being careful not burn off riders until the last climb.

Suggested riders to rotate would be Rogerio, Adil, and Kenneth C.

Also it could likely be good to have the heaviest team riders do a bit more on the decent - Kenneth M & Carlos

Interestingly the final climb time (5:22) for BL13 was nearly the exact same time as the first climb (5:23).  So that’s a good reference point of what to expect for the final climb.

Course profile

Lower watts, team average of 410watts

Higher watts, avg 440 watts, likely too high

All of the above is just suggestion and hopefully helpful.  Ride as best you can and rely on your experience and biofeedback as to what you can do.
